You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future as an AI Interaction Designer/Conversational AI Specialist.
Our client is a leader in their space that builds in automation and streamlines processes within their clients. They currently sit around 40 employees with HQ in Brisbane’s CBD.
Join the AI team during a significant growth phase! This is an exciting position for an individual to transform dialogue and craft prompts for our clients SaaS software, changing the way users interact with technology.
- Brisbane CBD location – You must be willing to relocate to Brisbane
- Permanent position offering a salary up to $200k +super
- Hybrid work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to train Azure Open AI in effectively responding to user inputs.
- Adjust/elevate prompts and ChatGPT’s performance through data analysis and user feedback.
- Ensure prompts align with wider team objectives and with software functionality.
- Steer users through Software with clear and engaging prompts.
- Up lift with current knowledge of Natural Language Processing
Skills and Experience:
- Background in Azure and experience with Azure OpenAI.
- Senior stakeholder engagement experience
- Chatbot development or conversational interfaces experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create detailed and engaging prompts – strong writing skills
- NLP Knowledge
- Collaboration skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
You’ll be an innovative problem solver with a strong analytical background. We are after someone who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of conversational AI and driving meaningful user engagement.
You must be located in Brisbane as this is not a remote role.
