We’re seeking an IT Support Engineer who will take on a hybrid role that blends internal IT support with the opportunity to work on automation and infrastructure improvements. This IT Support Engineer will have aspirations to move into an SRE/DevOps style of role. This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incidents, support tickets, and system monitoring
- Respond to critical performance issues and drive continuous improvements
- Assist with onboarding, device setup, and internal IT operations
- Contribute to maintaining security compliance and best practices
Requirements
- Experience with ticketing, collaboration, and monitoring tools
- Strong knowledge of M365, Intune, Sentinel, and Defender
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Application Insights
- PowerShell scripting and automation (Highly Regarded)
- Azure Key Vault, Azure AD (Highly Regarded)
- Git workflows and CI/CD with Azure DevOps (Highly Regarded)
- IaC tools: Bicep, YAML, ARM Templates, or Terraform (Highly Regarded)
