About The Role
This is an opportunity for a senior L3 Engineer ready to step into leadership.
You’ve already started mentoring, coaching, or acting as a go-to within your team — now you’re looking for the platform to formalise that into a leadership role.
You’ll still be hands-on technically, but with growing responsibility for team direction, coaching, and performance. This isn’t a “wait your turn” environment — it’s a genuine pathway into a well-rounded Team Leader role.
What You’ll Be Trusted With
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
- Providing direct, constructive feedback
- Assisting with escalations and technical leadership
- Identifying gaps in team capability and helping address them
- Gradually stepping into performance and team accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Strong L2/L3 Engineer with MSP or consulting experience
- Someone already informally leading (mentoring, coaching, escalation point)
- Comfortable being direct with feedback (or ready to build that muscle)
- Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams
- Wants to move into leadership — not just technically progress
- Growth mindset — open to feedback, challenge, and development
- Citizenship or PR required
